At Bc Babycare, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return according to the guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have been opened, worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Opened products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. General Return Guidelines

Combined Returns: You may return items from multiple orders in a single package to make the process more efficient.

Damaged Goods: Please do not return damaged goods unless specifically instructed to do so by our support team. Unauthorized returns of damaged items may delay the resolution of your case.

Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of mother and baby products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order.
3. How to Register Your Return
Follow these three simple steps to complete your return:
- Request: Contact us via email at support@bcbabycare.com or through our Contact Page to state your intention to return and provide a valid reason.
- Confirmation: Await a return confirmation from our team, which will include the designated return warehouse address.
- Ship: Proceed to send the item(s) back to the provided address.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
