In 2018, a long-term study into the diaper category began. 2,000+ homes opened their doors.

A mother checked her baby every 90 minutes, unsure she could trust the diaper. A father moved through nine brands in search of relief from recurring rashes.

What began as category research gradually evolved into a responsibility: to rethink what a diaper could be.

Before launch, insights were gathered from 1,000 U.S. homes to observe how diapers perform in everyday family life.

Safety Beyond Global Standard

Every CLOUD SKIN™ diaper is tested against a comprehensive set of global safety protocols. In total, over 3,000 individual substances are screened across five testing frameworks:

· SOI Testing — 925 substances, including pesticides, phthalates, PFAS, and aromatic amines

· U.S. Standards — 1,407 tests covering CPSIA, TPCH, and state-level chemical laws

· EDANA Certification — 121 tests following the European nonwovens industry benchmark
· Additional Testing — including VOCs and chlorine-free

We test raw materials, finished products, and packaging. No assumptions. No shortcuts.

Dermatologist Tested

All materials that may come in contact with your baby's skin undergo clinical HRIPT testing for allergenicity and sensitization, and are proven hypoallergenic in independent labs under the supervision of board-certified dermatologists and pediatrician.

Untouched Until You

Every CLOUD SKIN™ diaper is produced in a Class 100,000 cleanroom, where air is continuously filtered and conditions are carefully controlled. The process is fully automated, with zero direct human contact before the package is sealed.

Certified by an independent OEKO-TEX® laboratory in March 2026, the diaper was proven safe—free of, below detectable limits, or well below allowed levels—for over 1,000 compounds under OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
