1. Start with your baby’s weight:
Size 1: 8 – 14 lbs
Size 2: 12 – 18 lbs
Size 3: 16 – 28 lbs
Size 4: 22 – 37 lbs
Size 5: 27+ lbs
Size 6: 35+ lbs
Note: For Sizes 1–3, choose the same size your baby currently wears. For Sizes 4–6, if your baby falls between two sizes, start with the smaller size.

2. To check the fit:
· Snug at the waist
The diaper should sit naturally at or just below the belly button, with enough room to fit about one finger between the waistband and your baby’s tummy. The symmetrical waistband markers help both sides fasten evenly.

· Secure around the legs
The leg cuffs should lie flat against the skin without gaps or digging in. Gaps around the waist or legs can increase the likelihood of leaks.

· Easy to move in
Your baby should be able to kick, stretch, crawl, and roll comfortably.

Size up if the diaper feels tight, leaves deep marks, or no longer provides enough coverage.

Check that:

· The waistband feels snug without leaving deep marks.
· The leg cuffs lie flat without gaps or digging in.
· Your baby can kick, stretch, crawl, and roll comfortably.
· The diaper stays secure and helps keep moisture away from the skin.

Trying the diaper across different times of day will give you a clearer sense of the overall fit and performance.
